A route from renting to ownership

GoCab helps drivers and couriers obtain productive vehicles through Shariah-compliant financing and gradual ownership. Its technology supports credit decisions, fleet management and risk monitoring. The business operated across five markets and reported more than $17 million in annual recurring revenue.

Equity and debt for expansion

The $45 million package comprises $15 million in equity and $30 million in debt. E3 Capital and Janngo Capital co-led the equity round, joined by KawiSafi Ventures and Cur8 Capital. GoCab will expand into more cities, increase its electric fleet and develop credit scoring and fleet optimization tools.
