Giver Link signs capital alliances to expand care-provider AI
CB Healthcare and Taskman will support product development and specialist services for Japanese care operators.
Giver Link announced capital and business alliances with CB Healthcare and Taskman on 1 October 2026. Financial terms and the transaction structures were not disclosed.
The Sendai company provides AI-assisted documentation and compliance support for care-service operators. The partnerships bring CB Healthcare’s management expertise and Taskman’s specialist support into its software and customer services. CB Healthcare is also launching a service using Giver Link’s AI technology.
