Get My Parking approves INR40 crore Series A extension
Existing investor IvyCap Ventures is named in the authorised preference share issue.
Get My Parking's board has approved a preference share issue to raise INR40 crore from existing investor IvyCap Ventures, according to an August 6 report based on regulatory filings.
The proposed financing uses Series A3 compulsorily convertible preference shares. The company plans to fund business operations; the report describes the investment as forthcoming.
The extension follows a separate USD2.5 million Series A financing in June 2025. Get My Parking supplies software and connected tools for parking access, digital payments, permits and facility management.
