GenHealth.ai raises $16.5m Series A for medical back-office agents
Flare Capital Partners led the financing to extend GenHealth.ai’s automation across provider and health-plan workflows.
Connecting systems behind medical administration
GenHealth.ai’s agents connect electronic health records, payer portals, fax and phone systems to handle intake, eligibility checks, prior authorizations, billing and denials. The company says its Large Medical Model is trained on coded claims and clinical histories from more than 140 million patients, while a U.S.-based billing team handles exceptions.
The platform serves medical groups, durable medical equipment suppliers and health plans. The company plans to extend the agents into additional workflows for provider groups and health plans while continuing to improve its underlying model.
