Fundly.ai raises approximately $4.9m in equity and venture debt
The financing combines new equity with about $900,000 of venture debt as Fundly expands commerce, payment and credit services across pharma distribution.
Commerce and working capital in one workflow
Fundly.ai connects purchasing, payments and credit for pharmacies, distributors and pharmaceutical brands in India. The platform supports commerce and transaction settlement alongside embedded credit, building on the company’s earlier supply-chain finance offering.
For retailers and distributors, bringing these services together can make it easier to source products and manage payment timing. The financing gives Fundly both equity and debt capital as it broadens the platform across the pharma supply chain.
A mixed financing structure
The company raised approximately $4.9 million through equity and venture debt. Accel and Multiply led the equity investment; the announcement also names Rajeev Ahuja and angel investors, and reports approximately $900,000 in additional debt. Fundly plans to expand its digital commerce, payments and credit offerings across India.
