Fundcraft secures €12m growth financing for private-fund operations
The Luxembourg platform combines fund administration with digital workflows as it expands into more European jurisdictions and asset classes.
One operating layer for alternative funds
Fundcraft combines digital infrastructure with regulated fund administration and operating services for alternative investment managers. Its platform brings investor onboarding, accounting, portfolio administration, payments, compliance and reporting into a shared environment, using workflow automation to handle recurring fund operations and more complex cross-border structures.
The €12 million growth financing will support expansion into additional European jurisdictions and asset classes, alongside technology and AI-enabled workflows for complex fund operations. Fundcraft supports nearly 300 funds, and Tech.eu reported it signed as many new clients in the first half of 2026 as in all of 2025, giving the expansion plan a growing operating base.
