A manufacturing service, not a printer sale

Customers bring parts to be made at the company’s factories. The production system combines robotics, sensors, simulation, control software and verification rather than requiring each buyer to install its own manufacturing line.

Scaling the factory platform

The $67 million financing includes Apandion, AE Ventures, Founders Fund, Linse Capital, NVentures, Threshold Ventures and Two Sigma Ventures. Proceeds will accelerate Skyfall, a laser-melting platform intended to expand capacity and material options.

Where the funding goes

  • Skyfall factory-platform development and deployment
