Footprint raises $25m Series B for financial-crime operations
QED Investors led the round as Footprint expands its agentic compliance platform with international banks.
Investigations grounded in an institution’s own rules
Footprint’s Percy agent applies a financial institution’s compliance procedures to KYC, KYB and anti-money-laundering workflows, gathering evidence from trusted data sources and documenting its reasoning. Its Trust Fabric carries analyst precedents and findings across cases, while keeping people in control of approvals and preserving an audit trail.
The company says Percy can reduce watch-list resolution from 30 minutes to under a minute and enhanced due-diligence work from three hours to under 15 minutes. Footprint plans to scale deployments with international banks and expand engineering and sales capacity.
