Flash closes R$150m Series D led by Battery Ventures and Kevin Efrusy
Endeavor Catalyst joins the Brazilian benefits and workplace-management company’s shareholder base.
A push for market leadership
Flash says it serves around 60,000 employers and more than two million workers. The company has been generating cash for nearly a year and aims to lead Brazil’s employee-benefits market by 2030.
The round follows its $100m Series C in 2022. Acquisitions of ExpenseOn and FolhaCerta helped extend the business into expenses and workforce administration, and management now plans to resume acquisitions alongside organic growth.
