Odyssey takes majority stake in Falcon Gases

Falcon also acquires Encore Gas & Supply as its first operating business.

Falcon Gases has secured a strategic majority investment from Odyssey Investment Partners and acquired Encore Gas & Supply. Terms of both transactions were undisclosed.

Encore gives the newly formed distribution platform three Southern California locations supplying gases, welding products and technical services. Odyssey will support Falcon’s management as it expands the group.
