Verdane announces majority investment in Factbird
Expedition Growth Capital and EIFO will reinvest alongside Verdane in the manufacturing software company.
Verdane announced a strategic majority investment in Factbird on 6 August. Existing investors Expedition Growth Capital and EIFO are reinvesting alongside it. Financial terms were undisclosed, and the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
The partnership will support product development and international expansion. Factbird combines connected hardware with recurring software to help manufacturers monitor production, reduce downtime and improve factory operations.
Its applications cover production insights, connected operations and workforce knowledge. The Danish company serves manufacturers across Europe and North America.
