Facilo raises ¥6.4 billion in Series B financing
The property technology company is building an AI ecosystem for real-estate brokerages, building on its shared workspace for agents and buyers.
Property search and client communication in one place
Facilo gives brokerage agents a shared workspace for presenting listings, maps and documents to buyers, while keeping questions and viewing requests connected to the agent. Its software also automates tasks such as importing inquiries, reformatting property sheets and drafting recommendations. The company reported adoption by 2,300 brokerage offices and more than 13,000 agents in September 2026.
