ezCater raised $100 million Series D-2 in December 2021

Funding workplace meal programs
ezCater announced a $100 million Series D-2 round on December 15, 2021, led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2. Quadrille Capital, GIC, ICONIQ Growth, Insight Partners and Invus also participated.
The company planned to expand food services for workplaces as employers adapted to changing attendance patterns. Alongside catering for individual meetings, its offering included broader corporate meal programs.
The round brought its reported total funding to $425 million. The $100 million investment was separate from ezCater’s $1.6 billion post-money valuation.
