Enact Intelligence emerges with $30 million pre-seed round
The Zurich robotics startup is developing force-and-touch intelligence for physical tasks.
Enact Intelligence announced a $30 million pre-seed financing on October 22. Backers include Redalpine, Notion Capital, firstminute capital and individual investors Arthur Mensch, Yann LeCun, Thomas Wolf and Andrew Lonsberry.
The startup is developing technology that lets robots sense physical forces through their actuators, alongside AI models that interpret those interactions. It will use the capital to expand its team, accelerate hardware and research work, and prepare deployments with industrial partners.
