Emilia AI raises $1.5m pre-seed to expand restaurant operations platform
Prosus led the round to help Emilia develop its AI agents and grow across Brazil and Latin America.
Operational signals during service
Emilia connects restaurant cameras with point-of-sale data to give owners and managers a live view of sales, staffing and shrinkage. Its AI agents turn those signals into operational guidance, helping teams spot problems during service and respond while there is still time to change the outcome.
Prosus led the $1.5m pre-seed round, investing $1m. Emilia plans to continue developing the platform and expand across Brazil and the wider Latin American market.
The product is designed for operators managing one or many restaurant locations, with workflows for labor optimization, sales performance and loss prevention. Prosus says Emilia is already operating across more than 77 locations, giving the company a deployed foundation for its regional expansion.
