Embra AI closes $1m pre-seed for robotics data platform
The funding will support dataset discovery and evaluation tools for robotics and physical-AI teams.
Matching training data to robot tasks
Embra helps robotics teams discover, evaluate and source multimodal training data, including video, sensor measurements, robot states and actions. Developers can assess whether available datasets fit their machines and intended tasks, addressing the gap between simulated models and robots operating in real environments.
Embra says it is working with three robotics teams to evaluate training datasets and has completed its first curated data deliveries. The pre-seed will support platform development and growth of its contributor and robotics-partner network.
