Ema's platform connects agents to existing business applications to handle workflows across HR, IT and finance. Its natural-language builder and more than 250 integrations support tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, employee benefits, IT requests and invoice processing, with role-based permissions, audit trails and configurable human approvals. The company reported more than 50 enterprise customers, including Google and Microsoft.
