Elvy raises SEK 70 million led by Daft Capital and Essential Capital

The Stockholm company brings solar panels, batteries and heat pumps to homeowners through an energy subscription.

Elvy raised SEK 70 million in a round led by Daft Capital and Essential Capital, the company announced on 13 May 2026. Knut Frängsmyr, an earlier seed investor, became chair of its board alongside the financing.

The Stockholm company bundles solar panels, batteries and heat pumps into a monthly subscription for Swedish homeowners. Elvy owns the equipment and takes responsibility for operating it throughout the 15-year agreement.

Its software coordinates generation, storage and consumption across the installed systems. The arrangement gives households access to the equipment without paying for the installation upfront.

The company also has a separate SEK 5.5 billion credit facility to finance growth. That facility is distinct from the SEK 70 million funding round.
