Pay access as an employee benefit

Workers can draw on earned pay to meet expenses between paydays. Employers can cover the service fees through a subscription, making access free for their staff. Ekko supported more than 100,000 employees by the end of 2025.

Expansion in Vietnam

The seed financing combines equity and debt. Ekko plans to onboard more employers in manufacturing, retail, logistics and services while developing its education and savings features.
