DriveX raises about ¥150m for AI production planning
The Tokyo company is building software that adapts factory schedules to changing operating conditions.
DriveX announced approximately ¥150 million in financing from corporate and individual investors on October 2.
Responding to changes on the factory floor
Rush orders, equipment failures and staff changes can force manufacturers to rebuild schedules at short notice. DriveX’s Smart Production Planning brings those constraints into one system and gives planners a way to revise the result.
The product builds on the company’s AI implementation work across several industries. Its approach links planned work to actual production results, so future schedules can incorporate what happened on the factory floor.
