Dougs raises €50m to expand AI-driven accounting
Expedition Growth Capital backs the French accounting company’s automation and distribution plans.
Dougs announced a €50 million investment led by existing backer Expedition Growth Capital on October 15. The Lyon company will expand AI accounting workflows, broaden its financial and legal services, and build its French distribution through local partners.
Dougs says it serves more than 50,000 businesses and generates over €50 million in annual recurring revenue. Its next automation milestone is financial statements produced by AI systems and reviewed and signed by a chartered accountant.
