DoIT signs preliminary capital-partnership agreement with AIO Research Institute

Preliminary agreement

DoIT announced a basic agreement for a capital and business partnership with AIO Research Institute on October 1, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The plan combines DoIT’s customer-facing AI implementation support with its partner’s management and technical expertise. AIO Research Institute executives will join DoIT as COO and CTO, supporting its expansion of practical AI services.
