High-density campuses

DayOne develops facilities for hyperscalers and enterprises rather than selling an AI model. Its approach combines prefabricated construction with designs that accommodate liquid-cooled servers. January plans included campuses in Finland and capacity across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Final close

The January announcement covered agreements for more than $2 billion. On June 5, DayOne confirmed $4.5 billion in total Series C proceeds, co-led by Coatue and Hillhouse. This is the final amount for that round. At closing, the company reported more than 1.5 GW of capacity bookings across Asia Pacific and Europe.
