CureBay raises around ₹100 crore in pre-Series C financing
The rural healthcare company secured equity led by IvyCap and debt from three venture lenders.
CureBay announced a financing package of around ₹100 crore on October 22. It includes ₹69 crore in equity led by IvyCap Ventures with existing investors, and more than ₹30 crore in debt from Trifecta Capital, Alteria Capital and VentureSoul Partners.
The company will expand its healthcare network, including entry into Andhra Pradesh, and strengthen its technology and AI capabilities. Its rural model combines clinics, community health workers and digital coordination for consultations, medicines and diagnostics.
