Crusoe raises more than $3.9bn in Series F at $30.9bn valuation
The AI-infrastructure company will finance data-centre projects and deploy modular Spark AI factories for compute customers.
Building compute capacity in two formats
Crusoe develops large data centres and modular Spark AI factories, then sells data-centre space, GPU capacity and inference compute to AI model developers and enterprises. Its infrastructure strategy pairs computing capacity with energy supply, serving projects that need power-intensive facilities as AI demand grows.
The company has raised more than $3.9 billion in a Series F at a $30.9 billion valuation. The capital will finance existing data-centre projects and build and deploy Spark AI factories. Crusoe is already operating large facilities, including its Abilene, Texas site, while the smaller modular units are still being developed for deployment closer to customers and available power.
