Lux Capital and Index Ventures led funding for the AI-native law firm.

Crosby announced a $60 million Series B on March 31, 2026, led by Lux Capital and Index Ventures. Sequoia Capital, Elad Gil, 01 Advisors and Bain Capital Ventures participated.

The firm combines legal services with technical research. It is developing tools for faster contract review, negotiation support and client oversight of legal work.
