Conversed.ai secures growth capital for enterprise AI agents
The Amsterdam company adds experienced software entrepreneurs to its advisory board alongside the investment.
Conversed.ai has raised an undisclosed amount of growth capital from a group of investors based in Blaricum and Oegstgeest. Alongside the financing, entrepreneur Michiel Mol joined its advisory board, which is also adding Maarten Elshove and Walter Hueber.
The company builds AI agents for customer care, commerce and internal service desks. It is also appointing Sagar Schoneveld as managing director, giving founder Sander van der Kraan more scope to focus on international expansion. Conversed.ai’s model includes ongoing refinement of agents after deployment as customer knowledge and workflows change.
