Constrik raises €350,000 pre-seed for construction estimating AI
Plus Partners leads funding for the Spanish company’s first commercial, implementation and engineering hires.
Constrik has closed a €350,000 pre-seed round led by Plus Partners to expand deployment of its AI platform at medium and large construction companies. The company plans its first three hires: a salesperson with sector experience, an implementation engineer and a full-stack developer.
The financing targets the estimating department, where a builder reviews drawings, requests subcontractor prices and decides the margin and risk of a fixed-price bid. Constrik uses project files and a contractor’s earlier budgets to help teams spot errors before committing to a price.
The company says its technology is already being used at two builders, following a pilot with a Catalan construction group and the start of a rollout at San Martín.
