Cold Solutions Rwanda closes debt facility of up to $18m
Africa Go Green Fund will finance a new cold-storage facility in Kigali.
Africa Go Green Fund reached financial close on a senior debt facility of up to $18 million for Cold Solutions Rwanda, its manager Cygnum Capital announced on September 30.
The financing will cover construction and working capital for a warehouse in the Kigali Prime Economic Zone. Initial capacity is planned at 4,000 pallets, with potential to double, alongside a 440 kW rooftop solar installation.
The warehouse will complement the company’s operational packhouse and refrigerated logistics services, supporting agricultural exports, food processing and temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical storage.
