A commercial relationship spread across too many systems
A rebate agreed in an email can later appear as a deduction on an invoice, while the original commitment sits in a spreadsheet. Cofactor’s founders see those disconnected records as a source of commercial friction between retailers and suppliers, and are building software to keep them aligned.
Andreas Willgert, Alexander Back and Robin Bartholdson bring experience in retail and consumer packaged goods to the business. Their investor group combines venture firms with retail executives, including Per Thau and Kræn Østergård Nielsen, giving the young company backers familiar with the workflows it wants to change.
