Plug and Play, Annex Investments and Spring joined the Dubai customer-intelligence startup’s round.

Cobi disclosed the financing on August 11, 2026. The company named Plug and Play Saudi Arabia, Spring Studios and a group of early angels among the participants.

Cobi combines customer activity across product and business systems to identify changes in behaviour and recommend actions. It recently announced a five-year agreement with digital-payments business eNovate.
