Circuits Integrated Hellas secures pre-seed funding to commercialize CI-ONE
The Greek semiconductor company is bringing a combined Ka-band amplifier and RF switch to satellite communications manufacturers as it prepares early product samples.
Two transmit functions in one module
CI-ONE integrates a Ka-band power amplifier and a single-pole double-throw RF switch in one compact surface-mount module. A conventional transmit front end can use separate components for those jobs; combining them is intended to reduce board footprint and component count while supporting fast switching.
That integration targets equipment makers designing satellite communications systems, where space, cost and power efficiency matter across the radio-frequency chain. The product turns Circuits Integrated’s RF design work into a repeatable semiconductor component that manufacturers can evaluate in their own hardware.
Commercialization is the immediate milestone
The pre-seed investment from Evercurious VC supports CI-ONE commercialization and the broader semiconductor roadmap. Circuits Integrated says early sampling is planned ahead of general availability in the fourth quarter of 2026, giving prospective customers a route to assess the module before wider release.
