A full communications hardware stack

CesiumAstro combines software-defined payloads, onboard computing and satellite hardware. The Austin-area company builds and tests these systems in-house for commercial, government and defense customers.

Increasing production capacity

The equity round is part of a $470 million capital package that also includes $200 million in separate EXIM and JPMorgan financing. Proceeds support a new 270,000-square-foot headquarters, expanded manufacturing, Element satellite production and technical teams.
