One large processor for AI workloads

The Wafer Scale Engine 3 places AI computation on a wafer-scale processor. Cerebras combines that hardware with systems and cloud access for customers running model training and inference.

Financing ahead of the next stage of growth

Tiger Global led the round, joined by financial investors and chipmaker AMD. The company reported customers on four continents using its technology. The announced $1 billion is new financing, separate from the company’s valuation.
