The business
The financing brings Citi, Bank of America, Nomura, Tradeweb and other major institutions into the investor group. Most of the combined equity and debt financing is allocated to the eSecLending acquisition, which adds securities lending and access to institutional asset owners to Capitolis’s capital-optimization platform.
