Capacity raises over $54m in Series E for agentic support automation
The company will accelerate platform development and expand customer success, partnerships and international sales for its unified AI support suite.
One platform for support automation
Capacity brings omnichannel AI agents, real-time assistance for human agents, automated quality checks, conversational intelligence and outbound campaigns into one support platform. A shared knowledge layer connects those tools so organizations can automate repetitive inquiries and post-interaction work while helping agents handle more complex customer needs.
The company raised more than $54 million in Series E funding, bringing its total raised above $159 million. Capacity plans to invest in research and development, go-to-market and customer-success teams, strategic partnerships and international expansion; it says more than 20,000 organizations rely on the platform.
