Varun Dhawan invests in Better Nutrition

The actor also becomes a brand ambassador for the biofortified staples business.

A partnership extending to the farm

Dhawan’s investment follows his earlier engagement with Better Nutrition through his own farm, which is being developed for biofortified crops. The investment amount was not disclosed.

Founded by Prateek Rastogi and Aishwarya Bhatnagar, Better Nutrition combines seed selection, soil science, farm-level testing and food processing. It has opened applications for a programme that assesses other farms for adopting that approach.
