ASI raises $325m Series C to expand operational AI
Spark Capital leads the Boston company’s financing at a $3bn valuation.
ASI announced a $325 million Series C on October 20 at a $3 billion valuation. Spark Capital led, with participation from Meritech Capital, Craft Ventures, Energy Impact Partners, Andreessen Horowitz and affiliates of Citadel Securities.
The Boston company builds AI software that forecasts and coordinates physical operations. The proceeds will expand deployments in energy, logistics and tactical environments and grow its research and engineering teams.
