The platform helps businesses build and manage generative AI applications using their proprietary information. Its reasoning engine works with structured data and industry knowledge, serving areas such as energy, manufacturing, aerospace and financial services.

A round completed in two stages

Adara Ventures led the first closing, with NXC Corporation and Aditya Birla Ventures participating. In January, the company targeted approximately $70 million for the completed round. On June 16 it announced completion through an investment and commercial partnership with an unnamed industrial software company.

Expanding enterprise deployment

Proceeds will support international sales, further development of the reasoning technology and deployments across North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
