Antfly raises $2m pre-seed for AI retrieval engine
Heavybit led the round as Antfly develops a self-hostable retrieval system for AI applications.
Retrieval infrastructure in one engine
Antfly is building a retrieval engine that brings full-text, vector and graph search together with chunking, embeddings, reranking and extraction models. Developers can use the system to retrieve relevant material for applications such as support agents and coding assistants without assembling a separate search stack.
The engine can be self-hosted, while Antfly Cloud is on a waitlist. The company plans to expand operations and business development with the pre-seed funding.
