ANRis raises about ¥220 million for mutant-selective RNA therapeutics
The biotech is advancing siRNA candidates intended to silence disease-causing gene variants while sparing normal counterparts.
Targeting KRAS-mutant cancers
ANRis' SNPD-siRNA technology is designed to distinguish genes that differ by a single nucleotide, suppressing a disease-causing variant while leaving its normal counterpart intact. The company is focusing its early drug-candidate and preclinical work on KRAS-mutant cancers and is also studying delivery systems to get siRNA into target tissue.
