Stonepeak to invest in AMPYR Distributed Energy
The equity investment will support renewable-energy projects across the UK and Europe.
Stonepeak has announced an equity investment in AMPYR Distributed Energy, with existing shareholder AGP retaining an interest. Financial terms were not disclosed; closing was expected in the days following the September 22 announcement.
The capital will support new onsite renewable-energy projects for commercial and industrial customers. AMPYR said it had contracted 250MW of projects across 200 sites.
