AI Infrastructure Capital launches with roughly $16 million
The Swiss company is buying GPU servers for long-term compute rental contracts.
AI Infrastructure Capital AG announced a recently closed financing of approximately $16 million in its July 30, 2026 company release. Swiss investment foundation Anlagestiftung VALYOU anchored the round.
Founded by Cédric Waldburger and Roald Parmentier, the company plans to deploy enterprise NVIDIA GPU servers in Iceland and rent their computing capacity under long-term contracts. The capital goes directly into acquiring hardware and preparing it for customer use.
The Iceland location combines renewable power with naturally cool air, an operating model intended to lower energy and cooling costs over the equipment’s life. VALYOU managing director Yonten Wagma joins the board, alongside entrepreneur Fabian Villiger.
