OPTiM acquired a stake in Agrimedia as part of a capital and business alliance announced on October 2, 2026. The price and size of the stake were not disclosed.
The companies plan to combine OPTiM’s AI, IoT and robotics capabilities with Agrimedia’s farmer network and operational knowledge. Joint work includes farmland information systems, land consolidation, recruitment and the deployment of agricultural technology. Agrimedia supplies access to local users and practical settings for testing and improving services.
