Aeron Systems raises ₹45 crore in pre-Series B financing
Riverwalk Holdings and MGF-Kavachh jointly lead the financing as the navigation and sensing business prepares for international growth.
From installed systems to global scale
The September 1 announcement follows 18 years of product development and deployment. Aeron reports more than 10,000 inertial systems and 2,500 weather stations installed worldwide, with customers including HAL, BEL and DRDO.
The new investors link the business with capital focused on engineering-led manufacturing and strategic technologies. Their stated thesis includes navigation in environments where satellite signals are disrupted and the demand for more capable renewable-energy monitoring. The next phase builds on an existing installed base; the manufacturing and R&D expansion remains planned work.
