ValonOS supports the work that continues after a mortgage is issued: payment accounting, escrow, investor reporting and homeowner service. Staff and AI agents work from the same loan records and controls, rather than moving between disconnected servicing systems.

Valon developed the platform while operating its own mortgage servicer, then opened it to other institutions. Its Ditto agent handles tasks such as investigating payment changes and researching complaints using the servicing history and relevant workflow.
