Warehouse robots that pack orders, sort items and assemble kits at existing workstations.
Product
Ultra Robotics builds Operator, or OP1, for repetitive fulfilment work. Its stationary robot handles tasks such as putting items into padded mailers or feeding an automatic bagging machine. The system is designed to fit into an existing warehouse rather than require a new automated facility.
OP1 uses a standard power outlet and can move between workstations on locking casters. Ultra shows deployments in New York, New Jersey, Georgia and Texas, including sites where several robots work alongside the existing team.
