Commanders assign units to operational areas on an iPad and track their locations, crew status and progress against incident checklists. Dispatch-system integrations and map layers bring call details, hazards and pre-plans into the same view, which teams can share across devices.

The system timestamps assignments and accountability checks, creating an activity record for review after the response. Departments can configure workflows around their own operating procedures, whether they are handling routine calls or coordinating a larger multi-agency incident.
