Shortgun Games is a studio based in Thane, in the Mumbai metropolitan area. Founded in 2022, it moved from mobile and Web3 client projects into original PC and console development in 2024.
Its portfolio combines cooperative play and narrative-driven action. Roll ’em Out is a physics-based game in which players work together to guide a cursed friend through a cave. The studio is also developing its flagship Takedown game.
Building a repeatable development business
Co-founders Jeet Chandan and Vidhit Mehta aim to build a portfolio of original franchises. The studio uses Unreal Engine and works with developers, artists and external specialists to produce its games.
Shortgun Games is the brand of Shortgun Teams Pvt. Ltd. Its official press kit describes a team supported by freelancers, contractors and collaborators.
