Relace helps financial businesses determine which regulations apply to their products, customers and operating model. Its software maps those obligations, checks the firm against them and identifies gaps that compliance teams need to address.
The platform links conclusions to the underlying rule so users can examine the basis of an assessment. It serves regulated firms and their advisers across UK, EU, US and Middle Eastern requirements.
Justin Peimani and Lyubomira Dimitrova co-founded the London company, combining enterprise banking software, legal and AI experience. Its users include private credit investor Gemcorp Capital.
